Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Compliance

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include the following:

• Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the United States, the judicial district in which we are located) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may forward it to the original complaining party. If they do not file a legal action within the required time frame, we may restore the removed content at our discretion.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, satta-king-vip.com has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
